2. What We Offer

Quiero Spanish provides a digital Spanish language learning platform consisting of lyric video songs, learning tools, and accompanying audio content. Access is provided through our website and members area.

3. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We may send you a magic link via email to access your account. Do not share this link with others.

4. Free Access

We offer a free tier of 15 lyric videos. Free access requires an email address and account creation. No payment information is required for free access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

5. Paid Access

Our core product is available as a one-time payment for lifetime access to all 100 lyric videos and associated learning tools. "Lifetime access" means for as long as the Quiero Spanish platform remains operational.

Additional content such as album guides, phrase cards, and future materials may be available for separate purchase.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Your Rights to Use Our Content

When you purchase access, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own private learning purposes. You may not:

• Share your account or login credentials with others
• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute our video content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Resell or redistribute our materials
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Quiero Spanish — including songs, lyric videos, text, graphics, the Thinking Brain / Knowing Brain / Feeling Brain framework, and all associated materials — is owned by Ioan Investment Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Streaming Platforms

Our songs are available on third-party platforms including Spotify and Apple Music. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability of our content on third-party platforms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any temporary unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quiero Spanish is a language learning tool. We do not guarantee any specific level of Spanish proficiency. Results vary depending on individual effort, prior knowledge, and consistency of use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

How to Request a Refund

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to paid content will be revoked. You will retain access to the free tier (15 lyric videos).

Free Tier

The free tier is provided at no cost and is non-refundable (as no payment is made).

Additional Purchases

Album guides, phrase cards, and other additional purchases are non-refundable due to their digital nature, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provisions for digital content. By purchasing these items, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the content has been delivered.

Exceptions

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
